As part of the concluded contract of voluntary insurance of the employer’s civil liability for causing harm to the life and health of an employee during the performance of his job duties, additional compensation payments are made to employees in case of accidents within the amount of the insurance premium.
Aware of the potential danger of a possible negative impact of its production activities on the environment, the Company carries out field operations in such a way as to minimize the negative impact on the environment and ensure proper environmental safety. Every year, a large volume of planned activities is carried out to improve the environmental situation in the territory associated with oil operations. The main issue in the field of environmental protection for Aktau Oil Field Company, Refinery LLP today is the complete utilization of associated gas. Enormous steps have been taken to achieve the goals facing Aktobe oil workers. In 2016, work began on the company’s largest investment project: the construction of the third Zhanazhol gas processing plant, which was included in the state program “30 Corporate Leaders” and the “Map of Industrialization of Kazakhstan” program. A year earlier, a strategically important section of the Zhanazhol-KS13 gas pipeline was put into operation, which made it possible to transport commercial volumes of commercial gas into the Bukhara-Ural main reversible gas pipeline system and radically change the logistics of the gas business in the region. These and other industrial facilities allowed the Company to make a great breakthrough in the program for the complete utilization of gas resources from the Zhanazhol, Kenkiyak, and Severnaya Truva fields.
It is impossible not to note the achievements in organizing social and living conditions for rotation workers. In recent years, the rotational camp at the Zhanazhol field has turned into a modern, highly developed infrastructure complex, which has all the necessary conditions for comfortable living of the working personnel. It is significant that the quality of operation of the rotational camp is a logical reflection of the principles of corporate culture that are built and developed in the company. The second rotational camp – Ashchisai – also became an indicative object of cultural and everyday support for production.
In order to enhance the safety of personnel transportation, create comfortable conditions and neutralize the influence of weather conditions, from the second half of 2018, the delivery of rotational personnel to the fields is carried out by rail along the new section of the Zhem – Zhanazhol railway built by the Company. Another achievement of the Company has been the organization of free meals for employees.
The Company has operated the Neftyanik sanatorium and health complex for more than 12 years, which is the Company’s balance sheet facility. Every year, during the summer season, 1,350 children relax in the children’s camp, and in the winter, the Neftyanik recreation center is a favorite vacation spot for oil workers and Aktobe citizens. Vouchers for children are discounted, and parents pay only 10% of their cost. Twice the Neftyanik children’s camp was awarded a diploma from the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the winner of a review competition for the best organization of summer recreation for children and adolescents.

We pay great attention to the training of young specialists. Practical training was organized for students of Aktobe Polytechnic College, Aktobe Technical College, Aktobe College of Oil and Gas, China Petroleum University, University named after. K. Zhubanov, Kazakh-British Technical University, KazNTU named after. K. Satpayev, and other universities and colleges of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the internship period, students are assigned mentors from among experienced workers. A selection is carried out, and graduates of schools, gymnasiums and colleges are sent to study at universities in Kazakhstan and abroad.
